We had a ton of fun. The kids played, made Valentine's "mailboxes" with paper pags and passed out Valentine's Cards. Plus there was a ton of food. It was very low key but the kids and adults all had a LOT of fun. I guess there isn't much to say other than that, LOL. Here's a few pics:

February 3, 2009
Rachel turned 9 on February 3rd. She decided on going to Chuck E Cheese for her dinner and we had a lot of fun playing and eating pizza.
Rachel also wanted Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Cake balls for her birthday cake. Because it is time consuming I tried to change her mind to just go with the Strawberry cake. But no, she wanted the cake balls. Unfortunately I did not finish them in time so we ended up having them the day after instead of the day of her birthday. She didn't mind though. Besides they turned out really yummy too. I dipped them in milk chocolate and drizzled white chocolate on top of them for a fun flare. Delicious!
Rachel got some Littlest Pet Shop toys for her birthday. And as tradition the kids regifted some of their old toys to Rae for her birthday present. I really do love how they care for each other so much that even without extra money they are willing to give up a favorite toy as a gift to a sibling for their birthday.
