Nothing like some MD stalkers to make one feel special. It's been like 6 almost 7 years and I still interest some people THAT much! Seriously, I feel specila! Some people really have no lives, LOL. Eh, to each their own I suppose. Have fun ladies!
Any ways, 30 weeks is creeping up on me now. Still need to make my nursing pads and buy some Medela Pump parts, as well as make my slings. One down 2 to go. Although one sling is all you really need, right?! LOL
I got my Mother's Day gift, 4 Lilith Fair Tickets, and was even more happy to see they were selling them on sale for Mother's day and got an extra 30% discount on what we had budgeted for the tickets!! The extra money will be going into the Lilith Fair fund for trinkets and food.
Sariah & Rachel are excited to be going to their first concert, especially since one of their friend's may be coming as well, as I offered my extra ticket to my friend in exchange for her driving us and she'll be bringing her daughter whom the girls play with and know from the home schooling group.
I am hoping to gather a few more friends to go with us. I might be meeting a few more friends there so we'll see as concert time nears.
Sunday the kids will be singing in church for Mother's Day. Honestly, if it were up to me we wouldn't be going at all, but since our kids make up 3/4 of the choir . . . well you get the idea.
Michael & Judy are nearing the end of their pregnancy journey and will soon be entering parenthood. We're excited for them and wish them the best of luck! Joe is excited to finally have a niece on HIS side of the family for once. LOL
Pam and Jared announced their pregnancy as well! They are due with their 6th baby some time in Novemeber. We are excited for them and I am really hoping that they have a boy this time. I am kind of tired of not having a sister to talk to about baby boy things. All my sisters have girls (10 between the 2 of them that do have kids - two still don't have any kids yet) My brother Andrew has his adorable son Aiden, but he lives with his mom and I question whether I'll ever get to me him, sadly. Custody and distance kind of negates things sometimes.
Andrew and Amber, well mostly Amber, are working hard on their up coming wedding ceremony in July. They were married at the court house last year and this year they are having a wedding for family. I was really excited to be going to see my brother get married, and then we found out I was pregnant and on top of that DUE the same month as their wedding. :( I was really disappointed! I've missed all of my siblings weddings so far, because of one thing or another, but usually a baby reason! ARGH!
They are getting married on July 3rd and I'll be just over 37 weeks by that point and I have delivered between 37-38 weeks, so it wouldn't be a good idea for me to travel so far away at that time.
Even more sadly, soon after the wedding Andrew will be deployed to Afghanistan at the end of July. We will all be praying for Andrew's safety.
